Payments

This website does not collect, process, or store credit card or payment information. All donations are completed on the school PTA's external website, which is clearly labeled and opens in a new browser tab.

Student information

• We publish only a first name with last initial, a nickname, or a fundraiser code.
• We never publish a child's full name, address, or contact information.
• We never publish student photos.
• The organizer may show rankings without dollar amounts.
• Any family may ask to be removed from the public leaderboard at any time.
• Preview names and totals shown as sample data are fictional.

Fundraising totals

Totals are entered manually and labeled “Updated by the fundraiser organizer.” They do not update automatically from the PTA site.

Data stored by this site

Campaign settings entered in the organizer dashboard are saved in the browser's local storage on the organizer's own device. No visitor accounts, analytics profiles, or donor records are created here. The dashboard passcode is a light convenience gate for shared devices, not a security system — never store sensitive information in it.
