We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and role when you create an account or join a school campaign. When you make a donation, we collect payment information through our secure payment processor; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We also collect information automatically, including device and browser information, IP addresses, and usage data, to help us improve the platform and keep it secure.

If you provide a mobile phone number and consent, we send only transactional and informational text messages — such as the campaign link you requested, donation confirmations, account and access-code notices, and reminders for an event you signed up for. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages.

Message frequency is low and event-driven: usually a single message when you request a link, plus occasional confirmations for actions you take.

We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number with any third party for their own use, and we never share it with other schools. Your number is used only by Class Fund and our authorized messaging service provider to deliver the messages described above.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the email address below.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment processors, hosting providers, and email delivery services), and when required by law or to protect our rights.

Fundraising group and family names may be displayed publicly based on the settings chosen by campaign organizers. We never display a child's name publicly without appropriate consent.

Our platform is designed for use by parents, school staff, and adult supporters. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child without proper consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

You can update your profile information at any time from your account settings. You may also request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law.
