Terms and Conditions

Class Fund provides tools for school groups, classes, parent-teacher associations (PTAs), and other school organizations to organize fundraising campaigns, events, and donation tracking. The platform is operated by Class Fund on behalf of participating schools and organizations.

Campaigns and fundraisers displayed on this site are managed by authorized coordinators and administrators at Lakeview Elementary. Class Fund hosts the technology but does not operate the underlying school campaign unless explicitly identified.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information up to date.

Access to certain schools or campaigns may require an invitation or access code issued by an authorized coordinator. Access codes are for the intended recipient only and may not be sold, transferred, or shared publicly.

Donations made through the platform are processed by our secure payment processor. Class Fund does not store full payment card details. All transactions are subject to the payment processor's terms and the campaign's own refund policies.

Donation totals and campaign progress are reviewed and updated by campaign coordinators. While we strive for accuracy, displayed amounts may reflect pending or manually reviewed contributions and are not final until confirmed by the campaign administrator.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, we send only transactional and informational texts — the campaign link you requested, donation confirmations, account notices, and reminders for an event you signed up for. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency is low and event-driven. Message and data rates may apply. • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable school policies.
• Impersonating another person, organization, or school.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or campaign settings.
• Uploading harmful code, spam, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Publicly posting a child's full name or other private information without consent.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Class Fund does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Class Fund is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
