SMS Opt-In Consent

You can opt in by checking the "I agree to receive a one-time text message" box when you enter your own mobile number on an invitation page or campaign sign-up form. Checking that box and submitting your number is your electronic signature and consent to receive the informational text you requested from Class Fund.

Consent to receive text messages is not required to create an account, make a donation, or access the public portions of the platform. You may use the site and campaign features without providing a mobile number.

Messages are transactional or informational and relate directly to an action you took at Lakeview Elementary. Examples include:

• The campaign link you asked us to text you.
• Donation confirmations and receipts.
• Account, sign-in, and access-code notifications.
• Reminders for an event you signed up for.

We do not send sales offers, advertisements, or promotional campaigns by text, and we do not text you on behalf of any third party.

Message frequency is low and event-driven: in most cases you receive a single message when you request a campaign link, plus occasional confirmations for actions you take (such as a donation receipt or an event you signed up for). We do not send recurring broadcast messages.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. Class Fund does not charge you directly for text messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging or data rates. Contact your wireless provider if you are unsure about your plan's messaging costs.

We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number with any third party for their own use, and we never share it with other schools. Your number is used only by Class Fund and our authorized messaging service provider to deliver the messages described above. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

You can stop receiving text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send, or contact us at the email address below. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further text messages.

To restart messages, you can opt in again through a campaign sign-up or invitation form.
